Antique ring with diamonds

An antique ring made of 18 carat gold, set with an eight-cut diamond and a cluster of twelve smaller, eight-cut diamonds. The shoulders with a floral pattern and two more small eight-cut diamonds. Ring size 19 (can be adjusted if necessary).
